LPOA Parks
In addition to our six lakes, we have three primary locations in North Little Rock — Lake #1 Park, Lake #3 Park, and McGee Park.
Lake #1 Park is located at 3600 Avondale Road, Lake #3 Park is located at 4500 Lakeshore Drive, and McGee Park can be found at 2701 Crestwood Road.

Lake #1 Park
At the bottom of Snake Hill, you’ll find Lake #1 Park, which includes our community garden, playground, paved walking trail, fishing options, and some truly gorgeous scenery.

Lake #3 Park
Lake #3 Park is where you’ll find our main offices, along with our tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. We also have paved walking paths, a large playground, two rental pavilions, and a sports field that can accommodate a variety of sports.

McGee Park
McGee Park is always a bustling hub of activity. Here’s where you’ll find our pool, which is open to members from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend every year.
Our main sports complex is also located at McGee park, where we have several well-maintained and lighted sports fields, plus batting cages.
